For communications we strongly prefer email because everything is documented. We prefer it because you don't have to scratch your head and try to remember what you said to someone yesterday, two days or a week ago. Of course the right thing to do is write everything down during or after the conversation; our reality is that more often than not there just isn't enough time. Having said that, we recognize that sometimes you just have to have a conversation, and you are certainly welcome to call us as long as you call within the times shown below.  If you get our answering machine, please talk slowly and clearly when leaving your call back number.  If you don't hear back from us, it's one of two things: either we couldn't understand you, or you left us the wrong number.
	For mailed items, be sure to package carefully to avoid damage in transit.  We can't be responsible for damage which may occur. All items will be returned to you if requested.
